When do the cookies ship?

The cookies ship the following 1-3 days after the purchase, unless there is a specific ship date or they’re for pre-order for another date.

What locations do you service?

We ship NATION WIDE. Orders may take around 2-4 business days to arrive once shipped. We try to send orders 1-3 days after they processed. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, so please plan accordingly.  We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our facility so please be on the lookout!

What if I enter the wrong shipping / billing address?

You must email us immediately with your order number and any corrections that need to be made! Please make sure you include your UNIT or APARTMENT NUMBER- Your order will not arrive if your apartment number isn’t included.

Do you have a storefront?

We do not have a storefront, however our goods are made in a commercial kitchen.

Do you cater large events?

Absolutely, weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, fundraisers etc. however, for large orders we must have a few weeks notice! Please send us an email inquiry for special event orders.

Do you offer pickups?

At the moment we do not.

Do you deliver?

Yes, locally through northern NJ.

Do you have a minimum per flavor?

Yes, at minimum we do three cookies per flavor.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal, Venmo and all major credit and debit cards.

Are you a nut free establishment?

Our cookies are made in a facility that contains nuts. We do our best to prevent cross- contamination, however we are not an allergy free establishment.
